Section 1 — What We Collect

Newsletter. If you subscribe to the Facility Newsletter, we collect the email address you give us — nothing else.

On-site assistant. If you message the Concierge widget, we collect the name and email you enter so we can reply.

Analytics. Like most sites, we collect standard usage data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site or search engine that referred you.

Logs. Our servers keep routine access logs (IP address, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not collect payment information — the game is free and nothing on this site is for sale.

Section 2 — How We Use It

Your email is used to send the newsletter and game updates — that is all. Concierge messages are used to answer your question. Analytics data is used to understand what is working and improve the site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. We do not use your information to train AI models.

Section 3 — Who Else Is Involved

A few trusted services help us run the site, each under its own privacy policy:

Google Analytics — website traffic measurement.

Amazon Web Services — newsletter delivery and secure storage of subscriber emails.

Roblox — the game runs on Roblox. Anything you do in-game is covered by Roblox's privacy policy, not ours.

Apple App Store — the FCU companion app is distributed through Apple; Apple's terms govern the download.

Links to Discord and our social channels lead to third-party services with their own policies.

Section 4 — Cookies & Tracking

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. We also note whether you arrived from an AI answer engine, so we can understand how people find us.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time — the site works fine without them.

Section 5 — Younger Visitors

Auntie Atom: The Final Harvest is built for players aged 9 and up, and our audience includes minors. This website is intended for a general audience.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The newsletter and Concierge are meant for visitors old enough to share an email address — if you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian first.

If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Section 6 — Your Choices

Unsubscribe. Every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link — one click and you are out.

Deletion. You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you; email us and we will take care of it.

Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser add-on.

Section 7 — Changes & Contact

We may update this policy as the facility evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
